Projects executed in Other Industry Sectors
Form time to time business opportunities present themselves and we undertake these projects when there is synergy together with endusers, financial institutions and ourselves.
The combination of decades of International experience, positive relationships with decision making executives and our ability to deliver have enabled us to engage in some non-core projects which are detailed below.

Supply of Materials for Housing Projects
We undertook supply of internal construction materials for 5,500 flats for a Government low cost Housing Project.
Items covered supply of floor and wall tiles, washbasins, WC sets, showers enclosures and pipes complete with valves and all accessories for the above equipment.
Materials were sourced directly from factories from our China liaison office and manufactured, tested and inspected by our own China team and delivered within the delivery schedule.
The project was a great success and we occasionally participate in similar projects.
Supply of Liquid Nitrogen Plant
Although this project can be listed under the Laboratory Sector, we have listed it here as it comes up occasionally and is not a recurring project.
We supplied, installed commissioned and trained the end users under a turnkey project which covered a liquid nitrogen plant. The project was under the umbrella of the Atomic Energy Commission. The liquid nitrogen was used to supply various sectors of the industry such as Animal Research Institutes and University Research Facilities.
The project include the maintenance of the complete plant which we undertook for the first two years after initial installation.
The project is a great success and continues to operate well.
Security Acces and Monitoring System
Sagewood recently supplied high security identity door access system and cards for entry into office premises. The aim was to provide a highly secure form of access control into premises which control and house personnel who operate and maintain mobile phone network systems.
Our local knowledge and international experience combined to provide the correct mix to enable a appropriate system which could manage the targets set by the customer.
